Pilates Video Library with Zoom Recordings

The online library is full of videos. You can see that the library is categorised to make choices easier. All the videos are complete in themselves. The videos are of Wendy doing all the moves as she cues you through, with easy to follow guidance that will work you thoroughly from the inside out. 

Zoom Recordings are recordings of Wendy teaching Zooms to her students.  You will see Wendy teaching; hearing her cueing her students and sometimes demonstrating.  You too can follow the session, as if you were in the Zoom session,  Each Zoom is fifty minutes long and follows a different theme.  You will see that there are Chair Barre Standing, Matwork and Advanced Matwork choices.  

Every video and Zoom recording is available to you 24/7 and your subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of each period. You will get a notification email beforehand and you can cancel at any time before the renewal dates.
