This week think about finding your deep abdominals through your breath, as we do in class, lengthen through your spine, relax your shoulders and feel my threads pulling the top of your ears.  Breathe and keep tall until we’re back together again the week of 17th September.  Sessions will continue from 17th September to Christmas.  Fourteen weeks of deep and real connections.
