Muscles Pull but never pull a muscle

I uploaded session 78 on Wednesday, Walk Run and Ski Warm-up Warm-down (in warm-up category!) and today I received this feedback:

"Video 78 is great,  and certainly highlighted to me why I pulled a muscle running.  I'm not going to even try to run again until I've followed your video for at least a week"

The 15 minute session simply prepares the body and conscious mind for elevation and bounce, provides the knees and calves with strength and flexibility and balances the feet and legs to be ready to run, walk and ski.
