Young ones! Don't be put off by the word "Chair"! It's a full body work-out and our Chair is a terrific addition, stabilising our pelvis, perfect for our upper body work-out and, when standing gives us the option for extra stability for barre work, while we properly target joints, mobility, balance and strength. These sessions fly by, and we never miss a muscle!
Seeing you online is just as good, by the way, and wonderful to see so many of you. All welcome.

I have booked to see Follow the Signs at the Soho Theatre, Dean Street, W1 on the evenings of Tuesday 23rd and Saturday 27th August to watch Chris Fonseca's inspiring story. Love to see you there. An inclusive production for hearing and non-hearing, alike. In 2019, Harry met Chris on the show, In The Willows, and their energies were inseparable! Their collaborative work began, just like that! Their production of Stig in the Dump, now playing at The Grosvenor Park Open Air Theatre, Chester is completely inclusive too, with eight awesome musician actors story telling through signing, spoken language, music, percussion, cheekiness, humour and movement. Fabulous family entertainment. And now I look forward to, Follow the Signs, their latest creation.
