Seal Your Heel

Dear All

So what move do I cue "Seal Your Heel" ? I thought it'd be fun to include a cue a week on here - We'll do all sorts in the sessions, and every session will be different, but we'll seal our heals against the wall and during Down Dog - I am of course talking about easing into a complete calf stretch - so important for our feet and knees!  See you in class.  

This week leads us to Good Friday and the week of 1st April is Easter Monday - So we'll have our usual schedule this week of 25th March, and no sessions the week of 1st April.

You may be interested to know that I'm teaching an intense course of Pilates the week of 8th April at the Academy, Monday to Friday at 1250, £65 - Do contact them, if you'd like to join me.  All our usual sessions will run as normal that week, too.

Monday 25th March - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 0700, 0800, 0930 - AND 1250 in the Linbury at The RAD, York Road.

Tuesday 26th March - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 1000 and 1100 

Wednesday 27th March - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 0800 and 0930 and (1030 Chair/Barre/Standing in the Room)
