Releasing and strengthening this week. No Tiger Rolls and no need to throw buckets and buckets of water over us afterwards. We are doing what our bodies are designed to do. We are moving them through their natural lines. Into the bargain, we're toning, as ever, just about everything; legs, butts, arms, tums, backs, shoulders, feet...and the rest!
The class this week has been structured by me but, it is realised, in the moment, by you. Every session this week will be without small equipment. The equipment is, however, always available. This week we're moving with the circle and ball to treat our lumbar spine, visiting all the groups of muscles that release it, opening out through the anterior and posterior chain and, into the bargain,mobilising every joint and, and, and we'll empower our bone density! This class is designed to give optimum understanding towards strength and control.
This week all the small equipment will give us depth and meaning to our top to toe work out. I will of course bring the equipment to David Lloyd and the RAD.
