Hello Everyone -
The Plank is accessible to everyone - we do the Plank in many ways - and this week, and onwards, we will explore it in these ways - one handed, one legged, on the balls of our feet, on our knees, on our feet, on our hands, on our lower arms, with the wall, the floor, the chair, the barre, and the ball! Whoever we are, how ever our body feels, there's a plank just for us! Come what may, every session this week, we will find every fibre and we will have a good, strong feeling throughout our bodies that carries us on and on and on - throughout our day and week.
