Where are your rhomboids? What are they? How can you find them? Why prepare them for action? Which bit do they move? When are they stabilisers? Who cares if they're movers or stabilisers? If you were with me last week, you'll have felt all the answers. In case you missed last week, rhomboid awareness will be laced into this week's sessions, too! I think finding them, and our thought experiments with them, are life changing! Certainly in terms of our posture! I'll add a video to the library about them at some point, too. I'll call it Rhomboidable Posture!
Our sessions, this week of 24th October, are at the normal times. Our bodies always need self-care, so no half-term for them! Anyway, isn't the body "on holiday" when it feels balanced and strain free? This week's sessions will lead our bodies into their holiday mode, bringing comfort, release and alignment.
