Classes have to be cancelled this week.

In the Room 50-55 minutes of movement

Monday 4th March - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 0700, 0800, 0930 - AND (CANCELLED 1250 at The RAD, York Road).

(CANCELLED Tuesday 5th March - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 1000 and 1100)

(CANCELLED Wednesday 6th March - Matwork in the Room at All Saints Rosendale Road SE21 at 0800 and 0930 and (1030 Chair/Barre/Standing in the Room)

ALL Zooms CANCELLED THIS WEEK

Email sent on Monday evening: I am sorry but I must cancel ALL sessions this week. Just this week, that is all. I realise some of you will be inconvenienced, and that you might not find this email before you try to join a Zoom or make your way to the Room. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. Thank you for your kindness, understanding, and for the numerous gorgeously supportive texts and emails received today. I've not responded to any yet but thank you. Please don't worry about me - I am fine - but I do need to prioritise my mother as she finds her way through, and within that - look after myself with deep breaths, using all my core strength and recharging, when I can. I know you'll completely understand and thank you.

Please excuse the tardy renewals and receipts. I will catch up and you will hear from me and I thank you for your calm patience.
