Hello and Welcome to Our Week -
Pilates is Contrology. Contrology is Conscious Movement. This simply means that we feel, are conscious of, every move we take - as we ease, heal, and breathe completely and effectively. This week, we'll continue to explore the phenomena of anticipation, imagination and connections. We'll challenge and realise complete core support and stabilisation, while we mobilise, strengthen, stretch and balance. Pilates balls will be available for resistance.
