Let's master our moves! With all the discipline that we've calmly given our muscles along the way - we're ready to build - every muscle is accessible to you, and every move is yours and only yours. You own it and you maintain your deep connection. You are in tune with your needs on the day and in the moments throughout the sessions. You may find yourself breathing and connecting through The Hundred, Double Leg Kick, Swimming, Push Up, Crab, Rocking Swan, Side Bend and Roll Over - and not necessarily in that order.

Online you will find the category - Broken Down and Mastered - Contact me and I'll set you up with a loyalty fee.

Monday 24th at 7 am, 8 am, 930 am (1250 in the Dorfman Studio at the RAD)

Tuesday 25th at 10 am and 11 am

Wednesday 26th at 8 am, 930 am, (1030 am Chair Barre Standing)

Reminder There are no "Room" sessions during the month of August.

Also For Your Diary - Due to summer schools in July there are two compromises to our regular schedule - Thank you for your understanding:  

Zoom - No 1100 am Monday on 15th July

Room - No 1030 am Wednesday on 17th July
