Welcome See you for two consecutive weeks on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.  All studios are cool - and every class will be thorough - not sticky. You've a choice of - at home with me online, over zoom with others too, or in the room with me wandering about the place.

Online Pilates - 5 Minutes Makes A Huge Impact - 5 minute videos have been added to trouble shoot specific areas of the body for a full five minutes.  5 minutes is nothing, yet muscles adapt and love five minutes of attention. So far I've added 137 Core, 138 Foot, 139 Knee, 140 Calves, 141 Hamstrings and Glutes, 142 Hamstring Stretch.  I will be adding spinal rotators, abs, obliques, balance, neck, rotator cuff, deltoids, spinal alignment, posture - and keep telling me if you want anything else.  Of course there are already 142 videos and you can do any of them, the others are varying lengths, from a few minutes to up to 50 minutes.  There is also a category "Targetting Specific Muscle Groups" that contains 50 videos. Help yourself - and, if you've only got 5 minutes - 5 minutes makes a huge impact! If you're not already signed up, and you'd like to join for the summer, then please transfer £20 to my account, I'll find it, and you'll be set to go within 24 hours for 24/7 access to relieve and tone.  Email me for my bank details, if you don't have them. Wednesday 5th July - Workshop 1030 at All Saints - In the workshops we trouble shoot aches, pains, and explore and dispel debilitating beliefs that have limited our progress, by showing ourselves the truth of our bodies with real understanding - and "miracles" happen in front of our eyes in these sessions - come, whenever you like, drop-in, and see for yourself - open your mind to knowledge that empowers.  All moves are done in enabling ways, to suit - for healing, understanding and progress.
