Stomach Time

Hello and Welcome to Our Week - 

This week we will, as always, visit the principles of Pilates - Precision, Routine, Isolation, Flow, Breath, Centre, Control, Concentration - We will find the whole body of course. We will use our Power Circles, do bring yours along, also our Pilates Balls and there will be a couple of Swiss Balls bouncing around the place, so grab one if you want to work with a huge ball.  Whichever piece of equipment we choose, we will be using resistance for the whole session, training our core and stabilisers in every move.  We will have several minutes to focus on our flat abs, too - working from the inside out and giving strong meaningful training to our already flat stomachs!  Mine can't wait, having devoured a marvellous supper at the Colony on Saturday - Their Cobb salad plus broccoli with almonds - oh my days! Enough said!

Wednesday 20th September 0800, 0930, (1030 Workshop) in the Room - 1300 onwards studio one2ones

Thursday 21st September 0800, 0900, 1000 over Zoom - 1300 onwards studio one2ones
