Our bodies need Pilates. We need Contrology, conscious movement, that's what Pilates is! Ask me if you don't know the history. We take an hour to become conscious of our bodies; we take control, how do we feel, where do we feel, what do we feel, we breathe into our bodies and strengthen, and heal from the inside out. It's not a fad, it's real, and I'm delighted to continue to practise this whole discipline with you.
It's wonderful to me to be booked again for the summer schools of 2023 at The Royal Academy of Dance. I've been the Pilates instructor at the RAD since 2008. The joy of dance in every dancer, and every teacher, and the international connections we make through dance and our summers together, not only strengthen our bodies but feed our souls too. Contrology takes our technique, and our wobbles, to a conscious level, that strengthens, heals and empowers.
