Practising Complete Breathing increases our lung capacity and reduces stress, blood pressure and pain. Complete breathing improves immunity, posture, relaxation, energy, digestion, sleep and strength. These are some of the reasons our complete breathing is practised in our hours together. As you know, "breathe connect move" is my mantra. This week we will continue mastering this phenomenon and notice the power of our breath in all of our moves.

First, it gradually rises on its hindquarters and then gradually lowers itself again, at the same time sprawling out on the floor, leisurely stretching its forepaws (with extended claws) and legs. Observe closely how all its back muscles actually ripple as it stretches and relaxes itself....
