117 Online Sessions Click Here To Join Me Anytime Session 117 uses a Pilates Ball (or similar) This session aligns and releases the body. It also shows my anomaly very clearly! You can see that my right foot is considerably smaller than my left. My right foot has spent her life trying to keep up with the left. We release the spine, neck, feet, hips, knees and hamstrings. We strengthen the core and balance and breathe. Suitable for all.
The Royal Academy of Dance Summer Schools I will be teaching at the RAD this week. In person! Of course with one-way systems, ventilation, masks, sanitising and duplicating sessions to maintain social distance within the studio. Last week I said none of the summer schools would clash with our schedule but I was wrong! There is one further session that will be excluded, once only, from our schedule in one of the weeks ahead. Will keep you posted.
The Olympics Loving the bodies and their specific postures and movement before, during, after and while being interviewed. What an honour to observe such wonder. The Olympic Values are Excellence, Friendship, Respect, Courage, Determination, Inspiration, Equality. My wish for them all is Self Respect. To respect themselves for being human and complex while being watched, scrutinised and judged, and, for some, without their loved ones there in person, in the wings and beyond. Awesome viewing.
