Feel the moments and let the movement look after itself. Hoping to use isotoners in most sessions this week. Just for a change! We will find every fibre, as usual, and feel the moments, adding movement and load, as we go.

See you in the Room at All Saints Lovelace Road/Rosendale Road SE21: Monday 3rd at 0700 0800 0930, Tuesday 4th at 1000 1100, Wednesday 5th at 0800 0930, with a Chair session at 1030. All 55-minute sessions. Equipment continues to be sanitised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our nomad digital destination over the weekend! Zoom worked perfectly from the gorgeous flat on the harbour. Such a treat for me and so easy. I may find other doggy friendly digital destinations over the coming months. EV and I will do some serious research and go fetch!

We meet online 24/7, all over the world of course, so nomad destinations are nothing new to us really! There are 137 Pilates videos and some more will be added soon, maybe with another category. The sessions are open to everyone; every level, every issue. Let me know if you want access or renewal, and I'll set it up for you, or please join via the link.

Our 1250 Monday sessions continue in the Linbury at The Royal Academy of Dance, York Road. (Half-term 24th). Please contact me directly to enrol. There are nine further sessions this term.
