Releasing and strengthening this week. No Tiger Rolls and no need to throw buckets and buckets of water over us afterwards. We are doing what our bodies are designed to do. We are moving them through their natural lines. Into the bargain, we’re toning, as ever, just about everything; legs, butts, arms, tums, backs, shoulders, feet…and the rest! All from the inside out, of course. So, we’re ready for our race out there, everything we’re facing but we’ll do it with space around us, so we’re safe, we can breathe and, at the same time, respect others who simply want to breathe, tone and release, too.
