This week the circles and balls will add to our depth of feeling and awareness, strengthening us in a very real way from the inside out and we’ll do a wonderful move to open the anterior chain and guide our spine and postural muscles into length and alignment, we’ll tone the oblique fibres and shoulder girdle, while we’re at it, and of course the arms, too. I’m already loving this week. See you in class and, yes, I’m bringing the circles and balls to David Lloyd on Tuesday – watch out for the bag lady! I’m the one with long arms!
