Video 30  BROKEN ARM (23 minutes)
Full session to keep strong and flexible with a broken arm
Video 31  WRISTS (8 minutes)
Session to ease the hand, wrist, fingers. Giving the carpals and median nerve space to be.
Video 32  SCIATIC NERVE (20 minutes)
This session gives the sciatic nerve space to live alongside the muscles near it. The hip rotators and particularly the piriformis that originates from the front of the sacrum and inserts into the top of the thigh bone, the bit you feel, from the inside out, as the hip. Good to do video 33 too.
Video 33  HIP (19 minutes)
Mobilising the hip and mobilising, strengthening and toning the muscles including the deep stabilising glute. The glute medius is important for the stabilising the pelvis and hip and, when toned, has been studied to make us faster walkers and runners. A supported pelvis will prevent your spine from strain, too.
Video 34  THE ROLL OVER (10 minutes)
Session to strengthen the anterior chain and stretch the posterior chain. The Roll Over takes every fibre of the body to advanced connection from the inside out.

Session to strengthen the posterior chain and stretch the anterior chain. The Swan Dive takes every fibre of the body to advanced connection from the inside out.

Session to stabilise the pelvis and open the hip. Hip rotators benefit and space is created for the nerves. Ends with Seal and Dog and relaxation in child pose.

Stabilising the knees and toning the quads. Challenging balance and strengthening stability of the spine and pelvis. Working with Side scissors, double leg lift and creating strength in the adductors while opening out the ITB.

Creating stability, working in prone, finding the layers of the heaviest muscle group, our glutes, aka buttocks. Working from the stabilisers outwards. With a hip flexor stretch and oyster to create space through the lumbar, releasing tightness in the front of the body and producing long, lean muscle tone with pelvic stability.
