Wendy Jardine has been teaching Pilates to groups and one to one private sessions in West Dulwich since 2007.
On Mondays she teaches mixed ability Pilates at 0700, 0800 and 0900 at All Saints Church in the beautiful crypt. On Tuesdays, mixed level at 1000 and 1100. On Wednesdays, mixed level at 0800 and intermediate/advanced at 0900.
At 1000 every Wednesday, at All Saints also, a workshop where students are encouraged to bring their questions and all issues raised are eased with bespoke moves. All welcome, no appointment necessary.
Since 2007 her week has included teaching at David Lloyd Beckenham and since 2009 at The Royal Academy of Dance.
Wendy teaches Pilates every Tuesday at 1745 and 1845 in the Wellbeing studio at David Lloyd and in term times on Thursdays at 1300 in one of the beautiful studios at RAD.
She also thoroughly enjoys meeting students from all over the world during the RAD summer schools. She is looking forward to July and August 2019 firstname.lastname@example.org
She is delighted that since 2017 she has created and presented courses to ballet teachers in the principles of Pilates as part of the Academy's Continual Professional Development programme.
On top of this she teaches individual private classes in her mirrored studio.
Wendy is a presenter of Pilates and her clients include The Royal Academy of Dance, Price Waterhouse Coopers and The National Osteoporosis Society.
Wendy (BSc (Hons) Psychology) trained with the Pilates Institute. She continues to be inspired with CPD at JPilates and with APPI.
Wendy is a Pilates Instructor to GP Referral Level. This means she has the medical knowledge to work with referred patients.
She is on the Register of Exercise Professionals. The register was set up "to ensure that all exercise professionals are suitably knowledgeable and qualified to help safeguard and to promote the health and interests of the people who use their services". This means that Wendy has; recognised qualifications, training, is competent, fully insured and committed to continuous professional development.
Wendy has completed her training to Master level. She teaches matwork and tailors each of her classes. This means that she caters for those wanting rehabilitative, beginners, fundamental, intermediate or advanced Pilates.
She is trained to teach using equipment, for example the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Spine Corrector and small equipment, like the Dynaband, Mini Ball, Swiss Ball, Isotoner and Foam Roller.
She also qualified as a Nutrition Advisor.
Wendy enjoys each and every class she teaches. She believes in Pilates wholeheartedly and the results she sees day in and day out speak for themselves.
