Let’s sort those tired marching legs and aching shoulders from holding banners high. And for those of us who were doing other important things over the week and weekend, let’s self-care together. We’re going to take our body; own it, align it, stretch, strengthen and take time out to really breathe. This week we’re sorting through the neck, shoulders while releasing the lower back and walking muscles. We’ll do this by flowing through chosen moves. Performing them consciously, deeply and from the inside out. We’ll leave the studio lifted and strong so we can move easily through our week of priorities and responsibilities, whatever they are.
